By signing in the box below I confirm that I wish to become a Member/Promoter of Medallion Jewellers Pvt. Ltd. If my application is accepted and a membership issued to me I agree to act in accordance with the terms and conditions of this membership agreement.
1. It is illegal for a promoter/referrer/member/ participant to persuade anyone to make any payment for membership by promising benefits other than norms of Medallion Jewellers Pvt Ltd. Membership of Medallion Jewellers Pvt Ltd is completely free of cost.
2. Do not be misled by claims that high earnings are easily achieved, it all depends on applicant’s ability. Any offer is not guaranteed offer. Any income or any offer is applicable when company will be in profit. Company can change/stop or start any offer/compensation plan without any prior notice.
Terms & Conditions
Independent Member Agreement between you and Medallion Jewellers Pvt Ltd
Definitions
1. In this agreement: a) Medallion means ' Medallion Jewellers Pvt. Ltd. ' which is the promoter of this opportunity.
b) ‘compensation plan’ means the current commission payment scheme as supplied to all Members and as amended from time to time at Medallion Jewellers Pvt Ltd discretion.
c) ‘Member’ means a person whose Membership application has been accepted by Medallion, confirmed by the issue of a Member number.
d) 'Referrer' means the introducing Member (sponsor) whose name appears on this application and the sponsor of this Member and so on.
Your status
2. As an Medallion Member you will act in the capacity of an independent self-employed promoter and not as an agent, representative or employee of Medallion or any other Medallion Member.
3. In the promotion and sale of Medallion products/services you will act as a principal and will not enter into any contract on behalf of Medallion without its prior written consent.
4. You will be personally responsible for calculating and declaring your income earned as an Medallion Member to all relevant tax authorities.
5. As an Medallion Member you are entitled to promote our products and other services of Medallion to consumers and recruit others to become Members/promoters.
Your obligations to Medallion
6. If you recruit other Members you will assist them to the best of your ability to develop a successful Medallion business.
7. You consent to disclosure of information about you and your business to your referrer/senior Members in order to assist the proper discharge of obligations under their agreements.
8. You will comply with all reasonable directions given by Medallion in relation to the conduct of your business as an Medallion Member and you will act in Medallion's best interests at all times, in particular:
a) You will conduct your business in a legal, ethical and honest manner and do nothing which may harm or damage the reputation of Medallion or its products/packages/services;
b) You will not assign or transfer in whole or in part your business as an Medallion Member or any right or obligation under this agreement to any other person, firm or without Medallion’s prior written consent;
c) You will not make claims for Medallion products/packages/services or its business that are not set out in (or are inconsistent with) its own literature.
9. You may not sell Medallion products/services via Internet auctions of any kind.
10. You will familiarize yourself with the Medallion Rules and Code of Conduct and agree to abide by the letter and the spirit of this document, as amended by Medallion from time to time.
11. You may not change your referrer/sponsor unless you terminate this agreement and reapply for a Membership after six months.
12. Medallion may take such reasonable actions as it sees fit to remedy any breach of this agreement by a Member, which may include withholding commission payments, suspending promotions and terminating this agreement.
Medallion obligations to Member
13. Medallion agrees to pay commissions to you in accordance with its currently published compensation plan with deduction of 5% Processing Fee + 5% TDS Charge.
14. Medallion will do its utmost to provide you with high quality products/services/packages and a reliable and efficient service and will provide you with training to assist you in delivering a quality service to others/customers and growing your business.
Termination of Agreement
15. Either party may terminate this agreement immediately if the other party commits a material breach of its obligations or if you do anything that in the opinion of Medallion is prejudicial to its interests.
16. Medallion may terminate this agreement at any time without giving prior notice.
17.The documents that form the entire agreement between the parties are this application form/agreement, the Rules and Code of Conduct and the compensation plan.
18. All judicial matters are subject to delhi court.
